Shippping & Returns

            Do you accept returns on damaged or not as described items?

·         Yes, all items that do not match the description or are damaged can be returned within 7 days for a full refund including shipping costs once the item has been returned.

·         You will still need to request a Return Authorization Number

Do you accept returns of items we just did not want or like?

·         Yes, but there are some rules

o    The item must be still in new unused condition and received in the same condition as sent.

o    You must start the return within 7 days and request a Return Authorization Number

o    If you took the free shipping option,  we will refund the cost of the item minus the true cost of the free shipping  and i addition a  $2.00 re-stocking fee

o    If you paid for shipping we will refund the cost of the item minus a $2.00 re-stocking fee


Do you combine shipping cost?

·         Yes, we always combine shipping

Do you pack your item safely?

·         Yes, we use only quality packing materials including lots of tape.

When do you ship our item out?

·         The next business day after you payment has been received or has cleared

Domestically how long will it take to arrive?

·         It is based on the class of mail you have selected, please keep in mind that these are average deliver times posted by the Postal Service and can vary by a few days to a few weeks depending on the class of mail. Remember if the post office say it is a 3 day average that means for every packages that arrives in 1 day the is one that takes 5 days

o    Domestically:

o    Express Mail: 1-2 day based on location and excluding holidays and Sundays

o    Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

o    First Class Mail: 3-6 business days

o    Media mail:  6-10 business days

o    Parcel select:  6-10 business days

International how long will it take?

·         It is based on the class of mail you have selected, please keep in mind that these are average deliver times posted by the Postal Service. Delays of up to 60 days can happen due to delays in the Customs office in your country. The US Postal service will not even let us start a lost in the mail search for 60 days

o    Express Mail International: 4-6 business days

o    Priority Mail International:  6-12 business days

o    First class international:  8-15 business days

Do you provide tracking numbers?

·         Yes, our mailing program will send an email to you, if you did not get it check you spam folder.

·         International shipments going first class international only have an internal tracking system in which I must request information from the Postal service based on the Customs form #  this cannot be requested for 45 – 60 days based on the country. All other classes like, Priority and Express can be tracked based on the customs #
